Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an investor and academic. He launched Social Discovery Group, an global online company with central office in Malta, and has ownership in Dating Group.

In 2016, he initiated the SDG Arts Foundation.

He has obtained a PhD in philosophical science and helped create the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Academic Department of Moscow State University.
